You pay for AI. Where’s the payoff?
Book The Workshop and unblock your software pipeline now.
Six weeks. One day per week.
Free 20-minute consultation. No prep needed.
Every week, we level up your system and your team.
Your team builds the software factory your company needs, an agent-powered development workflow steered by your people, with me at their side.
Your developers become stewards of the system. They spend their time improving how software gets built, instead of getting bogged down in bugs and busywork.
Built around the way you work.
Not one-size-fits-all. We start with your most critical workflow, in your stack, with your team, and grow from there.
You stay in control.
Models change every month. Your factory is built so you can swap them as better ones arrive. Your team owns the workflows, not an AI company.
Safer than a patchwork of AI tools.
When every developer uses AI their own way, nobody sees where the code and data go. The Workshop gives your team shared rules and a clear process.
Who you work with
25 years of shipping software. The last one all‑in on agents.
I’m Daniel Dornhardt. I’ve built software for 25 years, ten of them for international companies such as the Metro group in Germany, and along the way even the website of Bryan Adams.
For the last year I’ve worked full-time on agentic development: I tested the frameworks, kept the best and built them into the workflow I use every day. This site was built with it. In The Workshop, your team builds its own.
FAQ
What happens after the six weeks? Are we on our own?
No. Your team owns the system. A champion is trained to keep supporting it in-house. A retainer and additional modules can be booked.
Will it disrupt our operations?
Your team and I improve the system together, one day per week. The rest of the week, your team keeps shipping.
Will the system be outdated in six months?
The agents and their context become part of your delivery system, so they can be updated step by step instead of being replaced all at once. The system adapts as new models and technologies arrive.
What if our setup is unusual, or we have legacy code?
I have broad experience across many kinds of software projects. We start with the workflows that matter most to your company and build on them. Once you’re happy with the results, additional packages can extend the system.
Are we too small or too big?
The Workshop works with one team at a time. Larger companies start with a pilot team, then train champions or roll out further under a separate contract. Recommended start: the pilot.
How do I get my team on board?
Your team gets the chance to learn the latest tools in their field and stay on top of them. That grows their skills and keeps them motivated.
Can we stop if it’s not working?
Yes. We agree the exit terms in writing before we start.
How much of my time does it need?
Little, unless you’re hands-on (for example as product owner, or in planning and review); then you take part as a member of the team. You get progress reports during and at the end of the program.
Remote or on site? Which language?
Both. I work remotely with teams anywhere, and on site in Limassol and across Cyprus. The Workshop runs in English or German.
